It is not possible to book a bike space for group offers.
Book step by step
Complete the quote request form by providing:
- the route;
- the desired dates;
- the number of passengers by age group.
Please note: the number of passengers must be at least 10.
After our team reviews the feasibility of your trip, different availability options will be proposed. Once your choice is made and confirmed, you will receive a secure link to proceed with the payment of your order.
If you are travelling with children aged 0 to 3, they will be assigned a seat at the same fare as children aged 4 to 11.
If you wish your child aged 0 to 3 to travel free of charge, do not include a 0–3-year-old passenger in your quote request.
What discounts are available?
Benefit from discounts by booking for a group of at least 10 people.
They are calculated in relation to the "individual semi-flex price of the day":
- 60% discount for children aged 4 to 12
- 30% discount for young people aged 12 to 27
- 10% discount for adults
Your children aged 0 to 3 (toddler fare) travel free without a seat, or benefit from the child fare if they require a seat.
How do I receive tickets?
You will be able to download your tickets 11 days before your departure date on the SNCF Voyageurs website, in the “My tickets” section.
• One e-ticket per passenger (all group tickets are issued in the name of the group leader)
• A QR code allowing access to boarding gates
• The group must arrive 1 hour before the train departure
• Your e-ticket must be printed or downloaded on a mobile device

To receive a proof of payment, you can submit your request by filling in this contact form.
After your trip, your ticket serves as proof of travel and is accepted as an accounting document.

Thanks to online booking, your group is generally seated in the same carriage, although it may be seated in several carriages depending on availability on the train.
You will find your seating details on your ticket. Don't hesitate to ask a station agent on the day of the trip.

Take advantage of dedicated services for your group:
- On-board catering and at-seat service
- Coach transportation for the group from point A to the departure station, then from the arrival station to point B
- Private hire of one or more carriages, or even an entire train exclusively for your group
- Luggage delivered to the address of your choice via the door-to-door luggage service
- Handling of your luggage from the group meeting point at the station to your train

Your request must be made by the group organiser using the claim form.
If your trip includes one or more connections, you could benefit from new specific rights in the event of disruption to your journey. To find out more, please visit this page.

For any request to modify or cancel your trip, please use the contact form.
If you modify your trip, your group must still include a minimum of 10 people.
If this is not the case, please cancel your initial booking.Any modification or partial cancellation of your trip will incur fees (please refer to the fare conditions in our general terms and conditions of sale).
For the refund of your trip:
The refund will be made directly to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
If your request is made after the departure of your train or if you are unable to cancel your ticket, please request a refund via the customer service form within 60 days.
For TER refunds, please submit your request via the TER form.
